Fields marked with an asterisk () are required. Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by a TAASA administrator before membership is confirmed.
Membership is open to applicants aged 14 or over. Applicants aged 14–17 require consent from a parent or legal guardian. The guardian consent section will appear after the applicant’s date of birth has been entered.
